REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds and Exchanges will only be eligible if the product is faulty.
You must provide us with photographic evidence that your product is faulty, and your product or products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in the original packaging, and we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We need to be told within 5 days of delivery of the product or products arriving. It is your responsibility to tell us of any incorrect goods.
If goods arrive damaged then you must make a note of the delivery and tell us as soon as possible. Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable) we only exchange if the item is damaged or defective, product needs to be returned to: 34 Mill Road Angmering BN16 4HT.
Once the goods have been delivered to your door you are responsible for them.
If a refund is agreed this may take up to 10 working days.
You will be responsible for paying your own Shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All our products are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges that you pay at the time of ordering.
